Thelwall to [Evan] Edwards, Baron of the Court of Exchequer at Chester: would like the recipient to place his niece Dorothy Arthur to service about Chester, or by the recipient's brother's means or her own cousin Owen Hughes, to ease the writer's charge; desires the recipient to pay £5 to his sister Lloyd; he and Sir Bevis were forced to take up £50 for Captain Thelwall; news of the latter and of the family of the latter's father-in-law Sir Henry Mildmay, who entertained the Duke of Buckingham to a banquet last summer.
