MS.Add.4518 was formerly no. 95 in the collection of G.I.T. Libri. It was purchased in 1859 by Sir Thomas Phillipps, Bart, in whose library it was no. 16330, and was sold at Sotheby's in 1878.


The biography was printed in Paris, 1669.
