Records relating to premises and properties comprising buildings and plant registers, estate rents and electric light accounts and other papers relating to Aluminium Corporation Limited owned land and properties. Aluminium Corporation Limited owned a number of lands and properties in the area around the Dolgarrog works. It built much housing in Dolgarrog for its workers and their families in the period 1911-1925. In 1972 the decision was taken to offer housing for sale to sitting tenants and thereafter the housing stock in Dolgarrog became less dominated by ACL workers as some houses were sold on to owners without any connection to ACL.
