Agreement between John Dicks Press Limited and National Co-operative Publishing Society for the sale of the business of John Dicks Publications to the National Co-operative Publishing Society. This includes the copyright of Reynolds Illustrated News and The Illustrated Carpenter & Builder, premises at no. 8 Temple Avenue and 25 Tudor Street, printing machinery and subsisting contracts.
