Penylan and Susan Quillets in pa. Llangeinwen he bequeaths outright.
To his son William Rowlands of Llangefni, shopkeeper he leaves Carrog ucha as well as a moiety in the farms already quoted vis Gilfach, Yr erw, Pwll y sacha, Tynewydd, Falog and Wasnant.
Further he leaves him a farm called Hendrawen, pa. Llangeinwen, Tynycoed, pa. Llanallgo, Glanrafon and Penrhos, pa. Cerrigceinwen, Tyddyn y Plwm and Cae treuan, pa. Llanbedr Newborough, and several messuages, appurtances, warehouses and yards in Abermenai St. and Church St., Newborough as well as dwellinghouses in the town of Carnarvon.
Appoints his son William Rowlands sole executor.
