Administrative / Biographical History

Bernard L. Drake was a member of the Malayan Civil Service, 1955-1961, who opted to stay in Malaysia for four years after independence in 1957. His last position was Principal Assistant Secretary, Prime Minister's Department in Charge of Ceremonial and Public Functions.
