Letter from Charles Elliott, Treasurer, to Lieutenant Colonel Borthwick who has moved to Scotland but is found to owe 9 guineas in respect of 1848, 49, 50. He is asked to resign his membership but in meantime he should 'discharge the arrears now due'. (Found on page 133)
