Letter from James Alexander, Treasurer, to Graves C. Haughton, Secretary, to acknowledge receipt of a resolution of the Society regarding Mr Huttmann's resignation and also stating that Mr Huttmann was not authorised to collect subscriptions and that Mr Walker, the Collector, has a list of 'permanent cheques' of members who have paid in this way.
