Contract enquiry files

Scope and Content

These files relate to enquiries from customers seeking to commission contract carpets and may include some or all of the following:

  • contract enquiry forms which include information such as project number, date of order, customer details, and any special design requests;
  • pegging request sheets which include information relating to colours to be used and have coloured yarn samples attached;
  • correspondence;
  • CAD design patterns;
  • carpet samples.

The numbers in the file titles correspond to project numbers.
