Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The Company decided to introduce a new Savings Related Share Option Scheme from September 1994. Employees who had worked for a Stoddard Sekers Group company for at least two years and were employed eight hours or more per week had a chance to buy shares in Stoddard Sekers International plc on special terms through the scheme. Employees saved over a five year period and at the end of that period they could use these savings, plus a substantial bonus (the interest on the savings) to buy shares in Stoddard at a price agreed at the time saving commenced.
