Administrative / Biographical History
Employees who had worked for a Stoddard Group company for at least two years, and were employed 25 hours or more per week, had a chance to buy shares in Stoddard Sekers International plc on special terms through the Stoddard Group Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. Employees could save over a period of time and after the end of that time could use these savings, plus a substantial bonus (the interest on the savings) to buy shares in Stoddard at a price agreed at the time saving commenced.
