The title of the 1991 Partnership consultation was The Strengthening, Growth and Planting of Local Churches. It took place from 11 to 13 July. It's main focus was a series of presentations concerning the state of churches with a Brethren background in the UK, which highlighted that while some were growing, others were in danger of closing. Representatives of the churches who attended the consultation were urged to strengthen their relationships with other churches, rather than try to be self-sufficient, and be more open to inter-church co-operation. The discussions and decisions reached at Nantwich were felt to give Partnership a mandate for their future activities.
This sub-series includes correspondence, minutes and related material, draft programmes, discussion papers, reports and other material related to sessions during the consultation, reports on the consultation, financial and miscellaneous material.
