17 b/w prints of Simpson (Piccadilly) Ltd, one b/w print of the stairwell at HMV, Oxford Street, and one colour print of a painted portrait of Joseph Emberton by Leon Underwood

Scope and Content

The Simpsons photographs show interiors and exteriors of the new building, designed by Joseph Emberton. The portrait of Emberton was painted in 1912 though the photograph is clearly much later.
