Correspondence relating to radio and television appearances by Gascoyne, arrangements for broadcasting his works ‘Self-discharged’ and ‘Procession to the public sector’, and to requests for broadcasting of his work, and requests and royalties for broadcasts of his work. Much of the early correspondence from the BBC was conducted by Douglas Cleverdon, who included the typewritten script of Francis Watson’s ’A Year I remember, 1939’ as an example for Gascoyne to follow.
