1. William Kyffin, freehold in the township of Erethlyn in the commote of Vwchdulas [Uwch Dulas], co. Denbigh, gent.

2. Thomas Williams of Plas Vcha in the parish of Llan Saint Fraid [Llansanffraid], co. Denbigh, gent., and Robert Owen ap David of the parish of Llan Rwst [Llanrwst], co. Denbigh, gent.

Feoffment to Uses of messuages, lands and tenements called Pant y ffynnon and appurtenances in the townhsips or hamlets of Escorebrill [Esgorebrill] and Erethlyn in the commote of Vwchdulas [Uwch Dulas], co. Denbigh. To the use of 1. for his life and afterwards to the use of John Kyffin, his eldest son and heir, and his heirs, and in default thereof, to the use of the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth sons to be born to Margaret Owen wife of 1., and their heirs, and in default ,to the use of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth sons to be born to Margaret Owen, and their heirs, and in default, to the use of the right heirs of 1. The feoffees are to stand seised of the messuages and lands called Pant y ffynnon, kae Bedw Robin, Erw and kaer llwynn during the lifetime of Margaret Owen for and in the name of her jointure.
