1. Edmund Meyrick of the town of Carmarthen, clerk, brother and heir of Lewis Meyrick, late of Caernarfon, esq., deceased.

2. Katherine Meyrick of Nantle, co. Caernarfon, widow, relict and sole executrix of the said Lewis Meyrick.

3. James Brynkyr of Brynkyr, co. Caernarfon.

Release by 1. to 3. of premises mortgaged by Richard Kyffyn of Maynan, co. Caernarfon, deceased to the said Lewis Meyrick, 30 and 31 May 1690, and remaining unredeemed, viz : messuages, lands and tenements called Erlos and Berdd y bu in the townships, hamlets or parishes of Erlisham and Gresford, co. Denbigh; Tuthin Evan - yr gwydd, Erw Cochion, y Dolydd gleision, dy dday gayer lloy, in the townships of Yscrogennan [Scrogennan]and parish of Llanddoged, co. Denbigh; Tuthin bryn Keniach in Maethebrwd [Mathebrwd], co. Denbigh; Tuthin y fedw in the parish of Llanroost [Llanrwst], co. Denbigh; Tuthin Edwin in Llanddoged; and Tuthin Twll and Tuthin Reece, also in Llanddoged. Subject to the right and power of redemption contained in the said Mortgage.
