pages 1-19 contain the minutes of a Special Sub-committee appointed on 17 Jul 1914 to arrange a private conference about India and the regulation of vice in the Cantonments. Minutes date from 19 Sep 1914 to 31 May 1915

page 3 - interview with Mrs Katherine Dixon about her observations of prostitution in India and her suggestion for holding a conference about approaches to take - copies of correspondence between Mrs Dixon and the Metropolitan of India
