- the opening of brothels in Brittany for British troops (some press cuttings attached)

- meeting on 11 Jun 1940 at Caxton Hall to raise awareness about the problem of tolerated brothels in France (agenda attached) (meeting postponed press cuttings attached)

- enlisting support of chaplains about making brothels out of bounds to British troops

- serving alcohol in Canteens to young soldiers and question of alcoholic abstinence
