Consists of:

- correspondence concerning provision of prophylactics to members of the Forces

- copies of letters to a number of organisations asking them to offer hospitality and support to servicemen

- notes for lectures to Women Royal Navy Service (WRNS) Officers (Nov 1939)

- draft letter for 'The Times' or other newspapers about the provision of prophylactic packets to the Forces and correspondence trying to obtain signatories from religious leaders (Nov 1939) (letter not sent)

- circular letter to Executive members concerning prophylactic packets (22 Nov 1939)

- copy of 'protest' letter with list of signatures concerning the availability of prophylactic packets sent to ministers of state for army, navy and air force (Dec 1939)
