PROPERTY: Diverse lands in diverse counties (sic), as well as the late house of the grey fryers in Oxford, now

dissolved; grove of land there; close of land called the churchyard; garden and orchard called Paradys; garden called Bateham or Boteham; site of the late priory of the black fryars in Oxford, and other (specified) lands once held by them.

CONSIDERATION: £1094 3s 2d (paid by 2a into 1's Court of Augmentations).

COMMENTS: This, and the other copies of documents in 2D/3-4, 8, 12 and 50-51 below, all appear to have been written at the same time, namely probably the late 16th or early 17th cents.
