Includes correspondence with Winckworth & Pemberton Solicitors regarding formation of a company limited by guarantee in order to tighten up the association rules and create a legal entity capable of taking or defending a legal action. Also includes information relating to application for a Royal Charter and a proposal to abandon the post of honorary member.
