Signed also by Thomas Dickon, father of John Dickon. On the reverse, in English, a statement of the condition of the bond. John Dickon having sold to William Brett certain lands in Whaddon and Meldreth, if the lands and premises remain in good order in the hands of William Brett free from encumbrances the obligation is to be void.
