Three schedules of deeds and evidences of Birdsall. (a) Sundry deeds concerning the Rectory and lands of Birdsall delivered by Mr. Ellison from Sir Arthur Ingram to Mr. Layton Firbanck, and (b) Mr. Firbancks duplicate list signed as a receipt, 30 Aug. 1654. These include Thorpe and Southeby family deeds and Sir Arthur's purchase from Sir Edward Wardour, 15 Jan. 1635/6. (c) a more orderly schedule, c.1692.
