Parties 1. Elizabeth Varey of Westfieldgate in the parish of Leeds, relict of Ralph Varey,

2. Joseph Craven of Leeds, milner,

3. Mary, William, Sarah, Elizabeth and Hannah Vary of Westfieldgate, (children of Elizabeth Varey).

Reciting that Ralph Varey had died intestate and Elizabeth his widow wished to make provision for the children after her death.

Witnessed that (1) released to (2) a messuage or dwellinghouse and the croft adjoining at Westfield Gate then in occupation of the said Elizabeth:

Habendum to the said Joseph to the use of (1) for life, remainder to the said children equally as tenants in common.
