Rt. Hon Henry Viscount Irwyn Lord Ingram, lord of the manor of Halifax, to Joseph of Fournes of Ovenden in the parish of Halifax, gentleman.

Reciting that the following premises, being copyhold of the manor of Halifax, had been surrendered by Nathan Bates of Elland and Anne his wife, to the lord of the manor to the use of the said Joseph Frounes:
