Scope and Content

Articles between Sir Arthur Ingram and Sir Thomas Bludder for a `fynall end' of all their differences.

1. Sir Thomas shall hand over all profits he or his father received from the farm, besides £200 received from Sir Arthur by his father.

2. Sir Edmond Saire shall be Sir Arthur's arbitrator. John Cookman, merchant, shall be Sir Thomas's arbitrator. These two arbitrators to study the accounts and finally resolve the matter ready for a general release.
