Parcels one close of meadow called Skelton Inge abutting on the King's highway from Halton to Leeds on the north, in Halton and part of the manor of T.N. in occupation of 2. or his assigns.

Term 21 years

Rent 36sh. a year at usual terms, 1 capon and 1 hen.

Covenants for re-entry if rent unpaid for 14 days;

for repair

not to convert into tillage the said close or meadow;

not to assign for more than 2 years without licence

to carry one ruckle of coals to T.N. Hall from Halton pitts;

for quiet enjoyment.
