II. before Thomas Jones, Job Charlton, Creswell Lebun and Thomas Street, justices, and made between Arthur Ingram esq. and William Marwood (plaintiffs) and Edward Lord Ingram Viscount Irwin (deforciant) when deforciant released to plaintiffs a moiety of the manor of Sheriffe hutton with all appurtenances in Sheriffe hutton, Lillinge, Towthrop alias Towthorpe and Birdall alias Burdall.
