Scope and Content

1. Rt. Hon. Edward Lord Ingram Viscount Irwin

2. Arthur Ingram of Garford (his brother) and William Marwood of Laughton co. Lincolnshire.

Reciting part of the Will of Henry Lord Ingram their father bequeathing a moiety of the manor of Sheriff Hutton to the said Arthur

Consideration: natural love and affection and for the better maintenance of the said Arthur.

Witnessed that the said Edward Lord Ingram covenanted with William Marwood to stand seized of his moiety of Sheriff Hutton to the use of the said Arthur Ingram.

Covenants for further assurance and to deliver all deeds and documents of title to the said Arthur Ingram.
