a barn and 5 closes of land, of which one is called the Gybbett close and the other 4 near the Deanecloughe are called Overbirkes and Netherbyrke; another parcel in the west end of overbirkes late in tenure of Jane Bairstowe (widow of said William) then of Robert Grenewood; another parcel in tenure of Robert Grenefeilde;
a cottage and garden &c. belonging thereto in occupation of Thomas Pollard;
another house late in tenure of Henry Baron, then of William Hardy;
11 shops and taverns (gives names of tenants) and other land shops &c. with their appurtenances, (names tenants) in Halifax abutting on lands late of John Watmoughe deceased on the west, lands of Nicholas Richardson on the east, a garden late of John Watmoughe on the north, and upon the High Street of Halifax on the south, and all other lands which the said William Harrison formerly held as copyholder of the manor of Halifax at an annual rental of 4s. 1d.
Rent: 4s. 1d. a year 12d. fine.
