Concerning Abbey Mills, Pontefract, which by writ of extent for debt due from William Mallet as Receiver of the Duchy of Lancaster had been seised by the Queen (Elizabeth I) and leased to Cerill Arthington who had assigned the lease to Sir Arthur Ingram. The debt satisfied, Mallett demands restitution but the deeds are held by Sir Arthur.
