Reciting mortgages of 11 Aug.1681 and 12 Mar.1699/1700 [v.No. WYL100/CO/20]

Witnessed that for £50 paid to Isabell George and £27 to Benjamin Wilson by Viscount Irwin the previous mortgages were discharged and the premises called Moorclose (4 a.) in Colton and a rood in Gillsike field between the lands of Robert and Edmund Gravely with a moiety of a balk, and 1 a. of ground in the townfield of Halton called the Shagnes, were conveyed to the said Viscount Irwin and his heirs and assigns for ever.
