Parcels several closes in Halton called Poole closes (11 a. 2 r.) and the three Oxecloses (- acres) late in possession of Mr. Iveson, then of 2. or his assigns.

Rent £8. 0s. 0d. a year payable at Pentecost and St. Martin's;

£5 a year for every acre converted into tillage during the 3 last years of the term or which for any 4 years together shall be sown with grain or seed, or from which more than 3 crops shall be taken for one manuring, without licence.

Covenants for re-entry if rent unpaid for 20 days or premises assigned without licence;

to pay rent, taxes and assessments;

for repair;

to plant 3 oak ash or elm trees every year;

suit of Court;

lessee to perform 2 days work with his draught and 2 men or 6 days work with 4 men on account of the said Viscount;

for liming and manuring, &c.
