By double voucher suffered in Trinity Term 1713 before Thomas Lord Trevor Baron of Bromham, when Edward Machell Viscount Irwin recovered a messuage, 20 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, common of pasture for all beasts, a moiety of 2 water corn mills, 2 fulling mills and 10 acres of land; also a fourth part of 4 fulling mills, 3 acres of land and 20 acres of pasture in Hunslett, Leeds and the parish of Leeds and Rothwell aginast Richard Derby
