2. William Coldcolle of Leeds, clothier

Reciting Letters Patent of 21 Aug.32 Eliz.[1590] whereby she granted to (1) (inter alia) a cottage and appurtenances in Holbeck and 4 acres in Adam Close abutting upon the chappell of Holbeck towards the west, with all buildings &c. thereon, lately granted to Peter Banke by the Priory of Holy Trinity, York, afterwards part of the possessions of Sir Henry Darcy, `from the time that the said indenture ... to Peter Banke as aforesaid made and the term of years in the same mentioned by expiration surrender forfeiture or determination thereof ... which first and next should happen to be void ended or determined, unto the end of the term of 21 years from thence next ensuing' at a rental of 3s. 4d. a year

Witnessed that for a certain sum of money (1) assigned to (2) all his interest in the above premises.
