Scope and Content

Between Sir Arthur Ingram of London, knight, and John Bingley, Thomas Watson, Francis Morice, all of Westminster, esquires, whereby Sir Arthur, in virtue of the powers conferred by the above Agreement, grants permission to John Bingley and the others to pass such and so many of His Majesty's parsonages, tithes, pensions, etc. as were contained in contracts previously made by the Commissioners for the Sale of Lands to Sir Walter Cope, Sir Thomas Lake and others, amounting to £6,000, and also the benefit of all covenants contained in the Contract of 13 Jul 1612, the parsonages, etc. to be chosen by the 16th Feb. then next. The sum of £6,000 to be paid into the Exchequer by two equal payments of £3,000 on the 14 Sep then next and £3,000 at the end of one year then next coming.
