(ii) William Hancock of Padeswood, co. Flint, esq., John Rigby late of Liverpool, co. Lancaster, now of Great Neston, co. Chester, esq., James Hancock of Manchester, esq., William Hignett of Sealand 'within liberties of ... Chester', esq., Catherine Rigby of Chester, widow, and Catherine Hancock of Aston Bank, co. Flint, widow.

Beds of fire clay or clay proper for making fire bricks, tiles, etc. under lands [at Lane End, Buckley] (except under railways or tram roads running through said lands) with houses, sheds, kilns (described in schedule). Liberty to fire bricks or tiles on said lands only. Provision that (ii) does not impede getting and manufacture by (i) of pot clay, and (ii) required if necessary to relinquish parts of said lands and railway or tramways.
