Scope and Content

Handheld camera. Date visible on screen. Lecture demonstration for audience of school children. Introduced by female, Sam (Education Department, Rambert Dance Company), the project co-ordinator of 'Take the Plunge'. Steven Brett leads the lecture demonstration. Rambert Dance Company dancer's demonstrate Company class and sections from works in the Rambert repertoire: 'She was Black', '7DS', 'Moonshine', 'Sergeant Early's Dream', 'Swansong', and 'The Celebrated Soubrette'. The young people in the audience participate in the lecture demonstration, going on stage to learn the movements from these works.
