By a recovery at Denbigh of 25 March 1691-March 1692 (ii) to be siesed of capital messuage called Arddwyfan, Arddwyfan mill and appurtenances in Arddwyfan, Moelfre and Llangwm, lands (named) in Disgarth, messuages called Penyfed and y from y vach and a smith’s forge with lands and appurtenances in Penyfed, messuage called Caplyd in Kevenlyon, messuage call Maesgwyn in Maesyrodyn and rents issuing out of messuages called Maenllwyd, Llechwrdd y Gaer in Maesyrodyn and elsewhere, all co. Denbigh.
Consideration: covenant by (ii) to discharge all (i)’s debts.
