Denbigh, clerk, his capital messuage called Galtvaynan and all his other messuages and lands in Henllan, Denbigh, Llanyfydd, Cerrig-y-druidion, Llangwm, Llanvinangel, Clocaenog, Llanfwrog and Llansannan, co. Denbigh and in Chester upon trust for his daughter Margaret, the wife of John Jones of Denbigh, gent., appoints Thomas Brock and Peter Jones executors. 4 November 1717.

Codicil (annexed). Revokes all former bequests and appoints John Hughes of Chester, esq., and Edward Lloyd of Cefn, co. Denbigh, esq., in lieu of trustees and executors.

Codicil (annexed) revokes previous will because he does not wish his daughter's husband to benefit in any way, and so devises all his estates to the use of Robert Wynne of Plasnewydd, co. Denbigh, and Bell Lloyd of Bodvach co. Montgomery, esq., to be co-trustees.
