LETTER: John Owen, Bron Rallt, Brynsiencyn. He fixed Thursday last to receive the rents but very few came. He refers to the remarks in the enclosed paper re Wm. Jones; Henry Davies; William Williams; Mrs Roberts, shop and Henry Jones. James Jones has left some time ago but not paid nor has Owen Hughes. The arms of the wings at the windmill have been destroyed during the gale in October. Most of the timber is rotten, good for nothing but firewood. He believes there is enough to make a gate at the mill.
