57 black and white photographs, including of pictorial sources from Vienna’s historical museum and various departments of the Austrian National Library; 18th century engravings of 18th century opera designs, opera audiences and street vendors;18th century textile samples from various volumes of the Journal für Fabrik Manufaktur und Handlung; fashion plate engraving from Gallery des Modes , Paris, 1778; engravings from various illustrated 18th century fashion journals, many with contemporary annotations in French.
