Published in London by I.T. Textile Services Ltd. and temporarily incorporating Sir, journal for men's fashions founded in 1937. Extensive advertising by U.K. firms, text of ads and features in English and Spanish. No contents lists, format variable. Overseas agents listed in 20 capitals in Europe, S. Africa, Japan and the Americas. No volume number, issues dated as below.

1940 June

As editorial explains, cover is reproduced May 1939 issue, when the then Minister of Overseas Trade declared I.T. was a "World Ambassador of fashion". Despite recent occupation of France, this issue includes sketches of styles intended for Paris Autumn Collections. Closer co-operation between British and American houses predicted. Contents include notes on fabrics and hats and on men's fashions.

1940 July/August

Cover formed by trademarks. Editorial and articles on new responsibilities of London-Couture, with sketches of models from six London houses. Reports on activities of Mantle and Costume Export Group, and on the British Warehouse.

1940 Autumn

Cover advertises Marshall Fabrics with patriotic motif. Editorial quotes some America criticisms of British Goods. Section on "London's Paris" illustrates work of French designers now in London. Notes on new fabrics, children's and men's fashions.
