1940 June
As editorial explains, cover is reproduced May 1939 issue, when the then Minister of Overseas Trade declared I.T. was a "World Ambassador of fashion". Despite recent occupation of France, this issue includes sketches of styles intended for Paris Autumn Collections. Closer co-operation between British and American houses predicted. Contents include notes on fabrics and hats and on men's fashions.
1940 July/August
