Notebook of lecture notes, 384 pages. The author of the notes is unknown. There are notes of William Smith's anatomy demonstrations at MRSM, pp.1-48, M.R. Heath's lectures on midwifery and diseases of women and children, pp.100-128; Dr Ashewell Lever and Oldham's lectures on midwifery, pp.130-178, M.R. Davies' chemistry lectures, pp.181-188; Dr Marshall Hall's lectures on practice of physic at St Thomas' Hospital, pp.191-230; Mr Taylor' s lectures on chemistry, pp. 266-279, and Bransby Cooper's lectures on surgery, delivered at Guy's Hospital, 1844, pp. 342-363; also includes some rough accounts for a [theatrical?] performance by medical students in aid of the Manchester and Salford Lying-in Hospital, 3 May 1848, pp.365-369. All other pages blank.

The item is recorded on the flyleaf of the book as being formerly in the possession of the Radford Library at St Mary's Hospital, Manchester.
