Of £40 which by Ind[entu]re dated 24 Jun. 1884 between Francis William Theobald and Edmund Ashworth, all that piece or parcel of land in Kirkdale nr Liverpool, on eastwardly side of Barlow Street and on the northerly side of Bradwell Street details of measurements. All yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to George Edward Radford and his heirs.
