The plaintiffs claim as the executors of the will of Edmund Ashworth deceased against the defendant as the maker of two several promissory notes for £250 respectively dated 29 Jan. 1902 and 7 Aug. 1902 each payable for the demand to the said Edmund Ashworth and payment of which has been demanded by the executors. Overall with interest the amount of money owed is £503.1s.8p.
The writ was issued by William Thornton Jones solicitors, for Mrs Hannah Travis Ashworth of Bryn y Menai, Anglesey, widow, Edward Lewis Ashworth, solicitor of Boothfield, Knutsford, Cheshire, Tom Ashworth of Heathwood, Heald Road, Bowden, Cheshire, William Thornton Jones, solicitor of Chauntrey House, Beaumaris.
The writ was served at Mern las Deg to Mr Richard T Prichard on the 2 Oct.1906.
