All pieces of land with 12 messuages or dwellings on the north westerly side of Havelock Street in Seacombe, Cheshire. Indenture dated 29 Jun. 1883 made between John Williams, Alfred Davies and Edmund Ashworth. All pieces on the northwardly side along Brotherton Street on westwardly side previously known as Phospho Guano Company. All yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to Lilian Ledward and her heirs.
