DEED OF APPROPRIATION: of a perpetual yearly rent charges issuing out of premises situate numbered 14 to 26 [even numbers] of Underley Street, the city of Liverpool. £20. limited in use and payable by a certain Indre dated the 23 Dec. 1886 made between Thomas McKee, William Crawford Williamson, Albert Henry Pawson, and Robert Wood Williamson. Issuing out all that plot of land situate in on the westerly side of Underley Street in the city of Liverpool houses erected on land numbered14 to 24 [even numbers] inclusive. All yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to Alfred Kearsley and his heirs.
