Ada Pratt and her heirs perpetual yearly rent charge of £21.3s.16p. 6 Sep.1881 expressed between Robert Gladstone, Rowland Hugh Roberts, James and Peter Hughes that all land in the sites of Patterson Street Kensington near Liverpool. Numbered 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 Patterson Street and Pollock Street 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 all yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to Ada Pratt and her heirs.
