Administrative / Biographical History

Little information is available regarding the creator of this document. William Williams lived at Clogwyn Villa in Harlech, Merioneth. His family came originally from Cwmystradllyn, Gwynedd. In 1939, he was a retired farmer aged 81 and a contributor to the Herald Cymraeg.
